When I get ditched at the airport right before a holiday trip to the Bahamas, spending Christmas at home alone isn’t all that appealing so impulsively hopping on a plane to the most Christmasy place on earth seems like a good idea. At least until I realize I’ve got no plan, no place to stay, and nothing but beach clothes.
Luckily, Arlo, the handsome B&B owner, comes to my rescue.
Christmas Falls is supposed to be a quick holiday escape, but the town is just so dang cute. And so is Arlo.
There’s just something about the older man that draws me in and makes me want to stay a bit longer, and then a bit longer. Through sleigh rides, ornament-making, and handling a winter storm that strands guests, the Gingerbread Cottage B&B, Christmas Falls, and more importantly Arlo begin to feel like home.
The holidays never end in Christmas Falls–but can I say the same for me and Arlo?

My Review: 5/5 Stars
Book 2 of the Christmas Falls series and I am definitely getting into the Christmas spirit! This story follows Arlo and Emerson. Emerson is convinced that when he meets “the one”, he’ll just know. And the latest person he is dating, is definitely not. Still, when his friends tell him he never gives anyone an actual chance, they convince him to surprise her at the airport and go with her on the holiday trip he initially declined. But when gets there, he is only proven right when is going on the trip with someone else. Not sure what to do, he looks at the plane ticket he had to buy to get through the gates. Christmas Falls. He makes an impulsive decision to go, not realizing how much of his life was about to change. When Arlo drops off his latest guests from his B&B at the airport, he can’t help but overhear a conversation of a very good looking man looking for a place to stay. Lucky for him, Arlo has a room available for two nights, when his guests are running late. The two of them will spend time together as Arlo shows Emerson the magic that is Christmas Falls and in doing so, they’ll find themselves falling for one another faster than either could have ever expected. Can they take the leap of faith that they finally found the person they were meant to be with? These two were too cute! And I read this book so quickly, I couldn’t put it down. Christmas Falls is a fun place and you gotta love how sweet Emerson and Arlo are. Really, loving this series so far! And I’m looking forward to more!
