My Review: 5/5 Stars

Holy llamas, that book was insane. Seriously. Insane. So many plot twists. And a cliffhanger ending or really endings, simply because way too much happened at once. Wow! Definitely a favorite of the series so far. So this book picks up literally where the last one ended. With the knowledge that Jason Dasher is actually alive. So many questions swirl around Evie and Luc with revelation but at least they now know the truth and what exactly they are facing. This books spends most of the time with Evie learning more about her abilities. It's time to test them and figure out a way to have control over them. That way if the Cassio Wave is ever used again, she has a better chance of remembering who she is and who are the friends and who are the enemies. There are a ton of cool revelations with discovering the extent of her abilities. Some of the other things I loved about this book was more Luc and Evie together, bringing back familiar and beloved characters, the birth of a very special Origin, and so much more. And of course this book had quite the amount of plot twists that blew my mind and I wouldn't dare of spoiling. And the ending... AH! I am still wrapping my mind around it. And I thought the last cliffhanger was bad. I need the next book STAT! Loved, loved this book. No surprises when it comes to this author and this series in particular. Cannot wait for more!

I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
