Roux finally gets his happy ending! When we met Roux he had escaped a very abusive relationship. He’s been healing for a while now and before he gets back to college (hopefully at a new school), he needs some time to himself. He heads to Kala for the summer. And he never expects to find not one but two loves of his life. Alka has always known that he was meant to love two men. His heart is big enough for it. He found Oscar first. They’ve been together ten years and couldn’t be happier. And Oscar has always supported Alka’s search for another partner to add to their family. But lately Alka has felt like giving up. Perhaps he won’t find that other person. But Oscar still encourages him to try. In doing so, Alka meets Roux or has Roux calls himself on Kala, Ruby. They spend the summer together getting to know one another and when Oscar is drawn to Ruby as well, the three of them know that this is what they’ve been searching for all along. And even when the summer ends, they promise this isn’t the end. They’ll make the long distance work. But all are surprised when Roux heads to RDU and learns his new soccer coach is Alka. Things are about to be a little complicated. Great story with these three! I loved how natural their relationship progressed between the three of them. Roux found two men who will love him exactly as he is and who he can give his love back in return. Alka finally found another person to love who accepts him and Oscar and the life they share. And even more sweet was Oscar and Roux falling in love too. Oscar never felt strongly about Alka’s past boyfriends. He never expected that he could find another person to love how he loves Alka. It was just really sweet to see these three men fall for one another and plan the future they’ve always wanted. Another great addition to this series and world! Can’t wait for more!
